yay. i feel super squeaky clean right now. hahah. i love taking long, hot showers. even on hot days funnily enough. there's just something really therapeutic about it. and i really lurrrrrve baths too! although people say that taking too many can cause arthritis and something else that i've obviously forgotten. heh.
anyways yesterday went out with family + WJ to vivo for lunch. there's a really good but expensive restaurant called wood/woods there. i thought the food was okay but the way that the newpaper articles raved about it, you'd think that the food should taste like divine.
then later cabbed down to WJ's grandparents' place for bbq/grandfather's bday. was okay la. typically played pool and disturbed WJ's cousin, aaron. hahah. he's really fun to tease. and so is WJ's bro. they're really very laidback -kinda like WJ really. wish i could say the same about his sisters and female cousins coz i dont get to talk-bond to them and sometimes i get the feeling they dont want to anyways. =x
so today woke up late. then rushed down to leisure park to meet michi for movie. we watched wildchild. zomg. i love it. i love the rustic, england setting. believe me, if i could move to the US or london, i'd pick london in a heartbeat. its modern yet it still holds this colonial-nature charm i find very appealing. although i have to admit my idea of nature is hosting a picnic and not sitting on the grass at that. =x
then had dinner at a jap restaurant in parkway. walked around, shopped. michi bought two pairs of shoes. TWO. and she's still going to HK to shop. -.- no wonder her room and house are exploding with boxes. they need a lot of it to keep her clothes. HAHAHHA.
later we sat down for dessert and coffee at our cafe. i think the servers there recognise us by now. we go there at least once every two, three weeks. had my mocha again. i have gotten addicted to mocha. yumyumyum.
met ------. then ------- and michi argued and discussed their school stuff. then we started gossiping about stupid stuff. oh yeah. the worst part was coz the mall was closing so they shut off the aircon about 45 mins before the mall was actually supposed to close la! michelle was starting to get antsy coz it was hot.
so we left. cabbed to my place first. the stupid cabbie was so grumpy about driving in. then coz i asked someone to bring down michi's christmas present -its long and unwieldy so i didnt bring it along. (btw, thanks for the present michi, i alr opened it. hahhaha. and i'm RELIEVED.) the guy was so annoyed. he was like 'i dont wanna wait too long arhs' then he backs up into the lobby area and gets out for a fag. mich and i were pissed. i mean wtf. you're supposed to be, in loose terms, 'chauffeuring' us to earn your 'wages' yet he gives us attitude and takes his own break just because we asked him to wait two minutes?
i will miss you michi. >.< awwwwww. this sucks. she's going away until nearly the end of december. hopefully we can have our late night walk-run-drink-whatever when you come back. and try not to get us arrested. =D
